When the Minister of Heritage of Canadian Heritage announced a $500 million emergency aid for the sector on April 17, details were still to be worked out. The details were released last week.   The Coalition is pleased that the agency and the programs for which we advocated will be among the vehicles used to disburse funds to arts organizations.
